The financial dimension of circular economy and the rational management of MSW is particularly important as new investments require resources from different financial public and private instruments, so sustainable projects are required.
In addition, the operation of new infrastructures requires resources from citizens and businesses (through the fees) which must be at such a level and form, that will reward the citizen who recycles and will be dissuasive but tolerable for citizens that fail to recycle.
